Easiest way without fraps is to hit the print screen key on your keyboard, open paint, paste the image and save. You have to paste and save every time you hit the print screen button though. Some people have problems with it though. I haven't tried it.

XFire is a great way to take in-game screen shots, show fps, record parts of the match and in game chat.

i recently had trouble getting XFire to work with BFBC2 and here is how i sorted it:

for windows 7

search for your bfbc2 "settings.ini"
usually found here C:\Users\[user]\Documents\BFBC2
make a copy before editing!
open "settings.ini" with text editor
find "DxVersion=" and change to "DxVersion=10" (wo quotes!)
save file
open xfire
tools>>options>>games
select Battlefield: Bad Company 2
at the bottom, change "In Game Render" to D3D10
apply

do not have steam running at the same time as this conflicts with xfire in some way.
the videos are higher quality than fraps but take up a lot of memory so keep them short.

I've been good. Moved to Arizona last fall to go back to Uni. Realized I'm way too old to party with college kids...hahaha...I say this as my head pounds away from last night, and my wallet is a bit emptier from paying $5.50 per beer at a bar, lol. Other than that I've been good though, just tearing it up on the Ducati. Working a full-time second shift job as well, so I don't have too much time to game really. I've been following your paint work on Facebook a little bit, amazing stuff. I'll have to drop by TS sometime to catch up with you guys. Hope all is well with you.
