i got the same as chatts and i'll add resolution 1920x1080 very pleased with it

but sure you can get something bigger & better for that kind of money.

the graphics card must come in to the equation tho?

i have ati4870 with 1 gig memory and in bfbc2 at max res 1920x1080 with all set to high i get a steady 40 - 70 fps

At this moment in time i have 2 ATI 5870 1g version but only have one pluged in and working at the moment untill i sort the heating out, Also in bfbc2 i have everything on high and res at 1920x1200, not sure on fps havent tested yet

i did come across this monitor (LG W2486L) the specs for it look good and im going by a guess of the 2,000,000:1 ratio picture quality must be good, but but most of the reviews point out its biggest floor off a long input lag, have any off you ever come around somthing like this?

input lag can be horrible mate, i got myself a Dell U2711, cost me a whoping £920 but for games it was terrible. everything was ghosting

im still waiting for a refund from Dell.

after that i will most probably be going for a 26" Iiyama ProLite E2607WS-B1, got a PC pro award. www.scan.co.uk/Product...akers-VESA

right now i have a Samsung 2232BW and love it to bits.

here is a site for your viewing pleasure www.tftcentral.co.uk/

i need at least a 26"+ monitor

the liyama monitors are good but i just found a more interesting one

www.ebuyer.com/product/179935

the liyama's are good but LG make most of the panels you get in monitors anyway, the spec's are good.
