Dear Customer, We have received Gigabyte 8800GT 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI HDCP HDTV out PCI-E Graphics Card, however we found 2 fan blades broken (physical damage/warrnaty void, therefore it will be returned to you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Ebuyer Returns Team.

id give them grief mate fan blades can go on there own and they shouldnt be voiding the warranty for that anyway. very much in agreement tho tossers indeed.

ive complained to them, saying the fans broke during use and that would have contributed to the graphics becoming faulty and that i am disgusted with the answer i have been given.

id concider a visit to your local trading standards ask them for some advice a nice phone call from them could possibly make them a bit more compliant

well they said the wont take or do anythign because the item is damaged, which voids the warranty, biggest load of crap i have ever heard.

I have raised this query with City Link again. They are going to speak to the depot and look into this matter further for me.

It looks like the depot may have misplaced the parcel however we need confirmation of this from City Link.

Once I have confirmation I will respond via this Enote.

I hope this information helps and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
